Terms and Conditions

• This offer is available until 30th September 2026 Midnight (PST).
• 1 Kivo Elite Therapy Mask will be included with your order (may be shipped separately).
• If you choose to return your original order you must return the mask unused as well (with the film attached, and the box unopened).
• For health & safety reasons, the mask cannot be returned if opened or used.
• If the mask has been opened, or the film has been removed, the current retail sale price will be deducted from any refund, and you must keep the mask.
• If you return the mask with the order, and we find it to have been opened / used, then the retail sale price will be deducted from any sale price.
• The mask will be provided for all orders from 1st September 2026 onwards, it cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. It cannot be provided retrospectively for orders placed before the offer date, or after the offer date.
• If we have to send the Kivo Mask back to you because it was opened, you are responsible for shipping costs.
• If we do issue a refund for an order that has been returned, and the mask is in new resalable condition, and we refund the original order (where our costs to ship the order to you are deducted, then the cost of shipping the mask to you is also deducted from any refund).
• The warranty for the mask is capped at ONE year from the date of the original purchase of the item it was included in.
• These terms and conditions are in conjunction with our standard terms and conditions of sale and do not supersede them.
