Sign in to view your orders using the email address you used at checkout. Select your order to view its status and available tracking details.

Track from your confirmation email

1. Find your Kivo order confirmation or shipping confirmation email. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it.
2. Tap the order-status or tracking link in the email to open your secure order status page.
3. If prompted, enter your order confirmation number and verify the email address or phone number used at checkout.

Don’t see tracking yet?

Shipment tracking appears when tracking information has been added to your order. If no tracking details are available, you can still check your order status or contact our team for help.
