Return Policy

• We guarantee you will love your Kivo product, if you don't, contact us first and we'll love to help you - if you're still not satisfied, you can return your product, in new condition with all boxes, manuals, packing, googles, panel, cords, etc 
• To initiate a return, please contact us for an Returns Number
• We require a valid return tracking number within 60 days from the delivery confirmation for full refunds.
• You will not be able to return the unit or receive a refund if there is any damage to the unit or packaging or accessories, or any part is missing. The item needs to be in a fully re-saleable state for you to receive a refund.
• No returns will be accepted if any of our panels or products have been opened or disassembled.
  
• A restocking fee applies to all returns and you are responsible for return insured shipping.
• For sanitary and health reasons, any device that has physically touched the skin (including masks, mask + neck + chest, wands, googles, towels, caps, blankets, eye devices, face devices, etc) are not covered by our money back guarantee.
• Any items missing or damaged that are part of a product that is returned, then the retail price for that item will be deducted from your overall refund.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection, typically within 14 business days.
• If you purchase a Kivo Product on an instalment plan or credit, the costs for administrating that plan by the provider will be deducted from your refund amount.

Cancellation Policy

• For in-stock items - you can cancel your order any time up until shipment
• For out-out-stock orders - you can cancel your order any time until your order has been processed at our warehouse
• For custom orders - we're unable to cancel your order, but you can return the items within 60 days unless a customized contract applies.
• If you would like to cancel your order after your item(s) have been shipped, wait for product delivery, do not open the packages, and initiate the return process.
