Please note, if duties, taxes, brokerage fees are due by your countries, these are to be payable to the shipping company directly to act as your importer. Please contact us prior to shipping if you would like to use your own shipping company and/or brokerage.
If you have paid duties on your order, then we'll manage this for you.
We use the most cost-effective shipping as possible and time is deemed not of the essence. If your order is urgent, please let us know and we can upgrade shipping.
Free Shipping & Returns
We provide free shipping when purchasing non-discounted products in Canada and the United States over CAD$100. All prices include shipping to your door, but excludes customs & duties, and other tariffs mandated by your country.
Any of our items are available for free local white glove delivery within 50km of Vancouver, BC (mainland only). We hold many items in store, and any that are not available can be shipped to you directly from our Vancouver warehouse.
Rental purchases include insured shipping to your location, and are not applicable for free shipping.
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll provide a tracking number for you. If there is damage to the box, we ask you take photos, and deny receipt. We'll handle the issue from there and dispatch a replacement unit to you.
If, for whatever reason you are not happy with your Light Therapy Device(s), we welcome returns within 60 days (or as detailed on the specific product page), all you need to do is cover the return shipping and a small fee to cover restocking. We require the unit to be in as new condition with all power cables, bags, manuals etc.
