How long does it take and when will I see results?

Light therapy is not a quick wonder drug. Similar to antibiotics where a careful and regular intake provides the most benefits. Light therapy is the same. It performs best with a "little-and-often" approach of 10 minutes per area of the body per day. You will not see results immediately, but gradually over the space of a few weeks, you'll see results. If you overdo light therapy, its safe, but you will slow down the outcomes you're trying to achieve as it will exhaust your cells.
