Using your mask is designed to be simple
Wear your mask for 10 minutes per day for the treatment you need. Take a rest on the 6th day. Repeat.

Unlike skin or muscle, nerve tissue regenerates very slowly, and in some cases, healing is incomplete. So, how does this work — and what does the science say?
